was held Monday, April 7, at Zarzycki Manor Chapels, Willow Springs. Funeral

services were held Tuesday, April 8, from the funeral home to St. Marcelline

Church, Schaumburg. Interment was in St. Michael the Archangel Cemetery,

Palatine.

Dorothy

Engstrom (nee Klasek), wife of the late Roy D. Engstrom; mother of Gloria, Karen,

Ruth, and Beverly; grandmother of Cindy, Patty, Candy, Renae, Becky, and Tammy;

great-grandmother of eight.

Visitation

was held Sunday, April 6, at Foran Funeral Home, Summit. Funeral services were

held Monday, April 7, at Grace Lutheran Church, Willow Springs followed by interment

in Fairmount Willow Hills Memorial Park, Willow Springs.

LILLIAN EUCCE

Lillian M. Eucce, 98, formerly of

North Riverside, passed away on February 18, in Deerfield Beach, FL, where she

has lived since 1985. She is survived by her sisters-in-law, Miriam Eucce and

Etta Karpinski; nieces, Judith (Bill) Kleinschmidt, Andrea (Bud) van der Laan,

Janis (Don) Fletcher, and Julie De Chene; nephews, Dennis Eucce, Bruce

(Marianne) Eucce, Steven (Kate) Eucce, Paul (Mary Pat) Radtke, James (Peggy)

Eucce, and Jerry (Sharon) Eucce; and many friends.

She was preceded in death by her

husband, John (Jack) Eucce; her parents, Rose and Ed Kouba; her brother, Ed

Kouba, Jr.; brothers-in-law, Richard and James Eucce; and nephew, Rick Eucce.

A gathering of family and friends will

be held on Saturday, April 26, at 11 a.m. followed by a memorial service at

noon at Hitzeman Funeral Home Ltd, Brookfield.

Georgeanna M. Freeman (nee Raczkiewicz),

wife of Rick Freeman and the late George Irvine; mother of Janet (Jim) Machay,

Cynthia Irvine, Kathleen (Taft) Lamana, and Friday Freeman; grandmother of

Kristina, George, Brandon, Cody, and Alix; sister of three sisters and one

brother; aunt of many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.

Visitation was held Wednesday, April 9,

at Foran Funeral Home, Summit. Funeral services were held Thursday, April 10,

at the funeral home followed by interment in Resurrection Cemetery, Justice.

Arthur William Hambel, age 87. U.S.

Army veteran of World War II. Husband of the late Margaret Hambel (nee Krusel);

father of Kimberly (John) Schaeffer; grandfather of Kathryn Sharp and Laura

Sharp; brother of the late Mel Hambel, Dolores Willson and Glenn Hambel.

Memorial service will be held

Saturday, April 12, at The Scottish Home, 2748 S. Des Plaines Ave., North

Riverside followed by private interment. Arrangements were handled by Hitzeman

Funeral Home, Brookfield.

Pauline Hayman (nee Ortity), age 88, of La Grange Park. Wife of the late John

R. Hayman; mother of Rick (Charlene) Hayman and the late Randy Hayman; grandmother

of Alyssa (Mark) Miracle, Kelly (Rick) Anthony, Katie Hayman and Graham Duty;

great-grandmother of Norah K. Miracle and Luke M. Miracle.

Funeral Home, Ltd., Brookfield.

Lynn Karas, age 25, passed away April 4, 2014. Daughter of Joseph and Kathleen

(nee Schreiner) Karas; sister of Joseph A. Karas; granddaughter of Anna and the

late Julian Karas and the late Delores and late Gilbert Schreiner; goddaughter

of John (Diane) Schreiner and Elizabeth (the late Casey) Golebiowski; niece of

Diane (William) Larson, George Schreiner, and Joan (Byron) Kast; cousin of

Mark, Brian (Erica), Iris (Scott), Kevin, and Aza; second cousin of Julia,

Nathaniel, Joshua, and Brayden; friend and relative of many.


Katie

was a medical student at the University of Chicago Pritzker School of Medicine

M.D. Candidate Class of 2016; Dartmouth College (2010); Fenwick High School

(2006).

Visitation

was held Tuesday April 8, at Foran Funeral Home, Summit. Funeral services were

held Wednesday, April 9, from the funeral home to St. Jane de Chantal Church, Chicago.

Interment was in Resurrection Cemetery, Justice.
