2 men rob Palos Heights Shell gas station

Two masked men robbed the Shell gas station at 12121 S. Ridgeland Ave. in Palos Heights early Tuesday morning.

The men armed with a firearm entered the station at 2:11 a.m. and announced a robbery.

During the robbery, cigarettes, lottery tickets, and approximately $200 cash was taken from the establishment.

The cashier was forced to lay on the ground during the robbery but was unharmed.
