Justice Park District holds Lil’ Sweetheart Dance

The Justice Park District held its first ever Lil’ Sweetheart Dance on Saturday, February 12.
Parents, grandparents, and other family members gathered for dancing, refreshments, activities, and a photo booth with their Lil’ Sweethearts.
“The response to the event has been wonderful,” said Jennifer Bonbrake, Executive Director of the Justice Park District. “We are happy to see so many families coming out to enjoy the dance and we will make this an annual event.”
Parents were also happy with the event. “Memories will last forever,” said one. “Thank you for having this dance, it will bring us memories that will last forever,” said another.
There was a “Guess how many pieces of candy in a Jar” contest that brought smiles to the winners’ faces and prizes to take home.
