David Baisa Sr., 66, of Orland Park, passed away on September 4.
He was the beloved husband of Sandra, nee Russelburg. Proud father of Aimee (Brad), Katie (Mark), David Jr., Emilee (Brett), Lucy, and the late Paul. Dearest grandpa of Andrew, Isabella, Nathen, Franklin, Everett, Caden, Joseph, Leo, Neenah, and Ivy.
Dave loved his guitars, the Blues, his Harley, and Dorothy his dog.

Loving father of Ernest Jr. (Kate) Diosdado, Veronica (Andrew) Hugger, Sonya (Hugo) Carrillo, Vince (Janette) Diosdado and Angel (Adela) Diosdado; dear grandfather of Elyssia DeLeon, Jasmin Carrillo, Anthony Taylor Jr., Jasmine Shanahan, Ariel Diosdado, Ares Diosdado, Aiden Diosdado, Ashton Diosdado, Sophia Diosdado, Ariana DeLeon and Juliana DeLeon; dearest great-grandfather of Cameron Burnette, Julian Taylor, Leilah Shanahan, Elliott Shanahan and Leonardo Shanahan; cherished son of Felipa (nee Guerro) and the late Apolonio Diosdado; fond brother of Aurora Martinez, Evelia Fernandez, Mirtha Serna, Felipe Diosdado, George Diosdado, Joe Diosdado and Hugo Diosdado. Phyllis Ann Gorski (nee Dappen), age 78, of Summit, passed away September 1.
Phyllis is preceded in death by her husband of 54 years, Gerald, her parents Edward Dappen and Cleophas (Fisher) and her brother Edward. Phyllis is survived by her three children, Jackie, Andrew (Paula), and Brian (Andrea); proud, funny, and most loving grandma of her pride and joys her seven grandchildren Emily, John, Andrew, Elizabeth, Joseph, Brian, and Olivia. Phyllis is survived by his sister-in-law Judy Gorski (Fred Meyer), their daughters Sarah (Aaron) and Rachel, her nephew David (Veronica) Dappen and her niece Phyllis (Steven) Suntrup and their sons Steven and Thomas.

She was past president of Palos Park Woman’s Club. She reinstated PPWC Farmer’s Market and established the Taste of Palos. She was a 40-year member of Palos Park Garden Guild I and past member Swallow Cliff NSDAR. Member of Durango Sarah Platt Decker NSDAR.
