
Man charged with felony after multi-car crash
Palos Heights police arrested Gary A. Sullivan, 61, of Oak Lawn, at 3:58 p.m. Aug. 31 and charged him with felony driving while license revoked after he was involved in a multi-vehicle crash in the 6400 block of West College Drive, police said. Sullivan was driving on a revoked license and had a history of arrests for similar offenses, according to the police report. He had a court date Sept. 1 at the Cook County 5th District Municipal Courthouse in Bridge view.
In other Palos Heights police news Joseph S. Sullivan, 50, of Palos Heights, was arrested at 10:55 p.m. Aug. 30 and charged with driving under the influence (DUI) of alcohol, no proof of valid insurance and driving on an unsafe tire after he was stopped for driving on a flat tire in the 12700 block of South Harlem Avenue, police said. His court date is Oct. 19 in Bridgeview.
Laura C. Meyer, 25, of Downers Grove, was arrested at 1:22 a.m. Aug. 30 and charged with DUI and improper lane use after she was stopped in the 12300 block of South Harlem Avenue, police said. Her court date is Sept. 18 in Bridgeview.
Michelle A. Carpenter, 25, of Arlington Heights, was arrested at 11:27 p.m. Aug. 29 and charged with DUI and speeding after she was stopped in the 12400 block of South Ridgeland Avenue, police said. Her court date is Sept. 18 in Bridgeview.
Joseph P. Dado, 22, of Orland Park, was arrested at 2:42 a.m. Aug. 26 and charged with DUI, speeding, improper lane use and no proof of valid insurance after he was stopped in the 13000 block of South Harlem Avenue, police said. His court date is Sept. 18 in Bridgeview.
Anthony A. Velasquez, 18, of Palos Hills, was arrested at 4:05 a.m. Aug. 29 and charged with illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor and speeding after he was stopped in the 12500 block of South Harlem Avenue, police said. His court date is Sept. 18 in Bridgeview.
Adrian Bernel, 26, of Chicago, was arrested at 2:06 a.m. Aug. 29 and charged with driving with a suspended license, no proof of valid insurance and only one red taillight illuminated after he was stopped in the 12100 block of South Ridgeland Avenue, police said. His court date is Sept. 18 in Bridgeview.
Timothy F. Byrnes, 25, of Evergreen Park, was arrested at 9:45 p.m. Aug. 25 and charged with driving with a suspended license, no proof of valid insurance and failure to signal when required after he was stopped in the 11900 block of South Harlem Avenue, police said. His court date is Sept.18 in Bridgeview.
Felipe Morales, 47, of Palos Heights, was arrested at 8:27 p.m. Aug. 28 and charged with driving while license revoked and no license plate light after he was stopped in the 6600 block of West College Drive, police said. His court date is Oct. 19 in Bridgeview.
Luis H. Garcia-Gonzalez, 29, of Oak Forest, was arrested at 10:54 p.m. Aug. 27 and charged with driving with a suspended license and improper lighting/one headlamp after he was stopped in the 12100 block of South Ridgeland Avenue, police said. His court date is Sept. 10 in Bridgeview.
Armando Urbina, 19, of Chicago, was arrested at 3:38 a.m. Sept. 1 and charged with driving with a suspended license and failure to dim headlights after he was stopped at 119th Street and Harlem Avenue, police said. His court date is Sept. 18 in Bridgeview.
