STANLEY J. BONCZYK
Stanley J. Bonczyk, age 96, of Chicago, Garfield Ridge community; passed away September 19 surrounded by his loving family. WWII Veteran Ex-POW Army.
Beloved husband of Theresa (nee Symanski); dear father of Susan Johnson, Nancy (Dan) Coyne, Mary (Brian) Gordon, and Jim (Sandie) Bonczyk; proud grandfather of Peter and Kathryn Johnson, Bradley (Jessica) Coyne, Rebecca (Andrew) Stack, Matthew Coyne, Kyle Gordon and Margaret (fiancee Nick Miller) Gordon and great-grandfather of Charlotte Coyne and soon-to-be baby Stack; cherished brother of the late Helen (late Ed) Rygula, late Mary (late Frank) Wiacek, Florence (late Ed) Styczynski, and Frank (Gertie) Bonczyk; dear uncle of many nieces and nephews. Stanley was very proud to have served our country. He was a WWII Army Veteran, served in Europe, wounded in the Hürtgen Forest in Germany, and was a POW for seven months. He was awarded the Purple Heart and Bronze Star. After the war he worked for the Bell Systems for 40 years.
Visitation was held September 23 at Foran Funeral Home, 7300 West Archer Ave (55th street just west of Harlem). Visitation was held September 24 at the funeral home from until time of prayers. Mass at St. Daniel the Prophet Church. Internment with military honors at Resurrection Cemetery.

Beloved husband of the late Noreen Roleck (nee O’Donnell); loving father of Richard John (Lori) Roleck, Jeffrey Allen (Jackie) Roleck, David Michael (Alana) Roleck and Christopher Scott (Shannon) Roleck; grandfather of Cassidy, Caleigh, Camryn, Matthew, Kate, Abigael, Nora, Josephine, Emmett and Liam; brother of the late Shirley Roleck; uncle of many nieces and nephews. Member of the Boy Scouts of America.

Margaret “Marge” Rolla, age 98, of Summit, passed away peacefully at home September 17, with her daughter Valerie at her side.
She was the loving mother of John Rolla, Rose Mary (late John) Poston and Valerie (Tom) Nolan; cherished grandmother of Jeff Poston, Larry (Sandy) Nolan and Lisa (Mark) Rogers; dear great grandmother of Jeffery, Jessica, Ryan, Alex and Reece; fond sister of Donna (late Ed) Loutzenhiser. Marge was preceded in death by her four brothers and sister. She will be lovingly remembered by her nieces and nephews and many friends. She was a devoted member of St. Joseph Ladies of the Rosary, the Moose Lodge #44 and the Daughters of Isabella.

Gregorio Zepeda, age 99, longtime resident of Summit, passed away peacefully at home September 19 surrounded by his loving family.
He was the beloved husband of the late Margarita Lopez; cherished father of Ramiro (Francisca), Jose Luis (Erika), Olivia (Rafael), Guillermo (Juana), Vincente (Cleotilde), Maria Guadalupe (Alvaro), Maria Lourdes (Lino), the late Griselda (Gregorio), Margarita (Gabriel), Yolanda (Eduardo) and Juan Antonio; adored grandfather, great grandfather and great great grandfather. He is survived by his sister, Sophia Zepeda and was preceded in death by his other siblings, Raymondo, Aurora and Socorro.
